*Awaken Financial Designs is an independent financial firm based in Cary, North Carolina. The firm is currently in the process of registering with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State and Securities Division to become its own Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). The registration process is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025. Until such registration is approved, Awaken Financial Designs and its representatives do not provide securities or investment advisory services.

Future Investment Advisory Services
Upon completion of the RIA registration process, Awaken Financial Designs will provide fiduciary financial planning and investment advisory services under its own state-registered entity in North Carolina.
